Ingredients
- 4 lb rump or bottom round
- 2T soy sauce
- 2T worchestishire
- 3/4 C ketchup
- 3/4 C water
- 2 T vinegar
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 2 T dry mustard
- 1 T horseradish
- 1 minced onionflour
- egg noodles
Method
- Mix together the soy sauce, worchestishire, ketchip, water, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, horseradish and onion. flour the roast and pan, and bake at 275 for 4 hours. serve with egg noodles
