Ingredients
- 1 c. dry rice
- 1 10 oz. can chicken, drained
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 soup can of water
- 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
Method
- In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer rice, spices, chicken, and broccoli.
- Spoon soup over broccoli.
- Pour water over all, top with cheese cubes, cover and cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir cook 5 - 10 more minutes.
