Ingredients
- 1 lb. pkg. broccoli
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 6 c. water
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. canned milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. instant potatoes
Method
- Boil broccoli, onion and water for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except instant potatoes.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Add instant potatoes.
- Thicken with flour and water.
