Ingredients
- 1 c. roasted peanuts
- 1 1/3 c. chopped broccoli
- 1 1/3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Method
- Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain.
- Add soup, mayonnaise and chopped peanuts.
- Mix well.
- Add eggs and onion.
- Mix well.
- Melt margarine and pour over bread crumbs. Pour broccoli mixture into greased pan.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
