Ingredients

  • 1 c. roasted peanuts
  • 1 1/3 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 1/3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain.
  • Add soup, mayonnaise and chopped peanuts.
  • Mix well.
  • Add eggs and onion.
  • Mix well.
  • Melt margarine and pour over bread crumbs. Pour broccoli mixture into greased pan.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
