Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cans mushroom soup
- 3 soup cans milk
- 1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Method
- Thaw broccoli in colander under running cold water.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Combine soup and milk; stir well.
- Add to sauteed onion.
- Add Cheez Whiz and broccoli; stir well.
- Heat for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring often to prevent scorching.
