- 1 stk unsalted butter or possibly margarine, (optional)
- 8 x Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 teaspoon Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic
Method
- Directions: Heat a heavy griddle or possibly skillet over medium heat.
- Heat the unsalted butter in a separate sauce pan.
- Coat each chicken breast lightly in the melted butter (optional).
- Remove each breast and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning.
- Lay the chicken on a warm griddle or possibly skillet surface.
- Continue to turn chicken every minute or possibly so, till the chicken is a bronze color.
- Lightly drizzle chicken, while cooking, with 1/2 Tablespoons melted butter.
- Desired temperature internally for chicken is 165 degrees..
