Ingredients

  • 1 stk unsalted butter or possibly margarine, (optional)
  • 8 x Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 teaspoon Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic

Method

  • Directions: Heat a heavy griddle or possibly skillet over medium heat.
  • Heat the unsalted butter in a separate sauce pan.
  • Coat each chicken breast lightly in the melted butter (optional).
  • Remove each breast and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning.
  • Lay the chicken on a warm griddle or possibly skillet surface.
  • Continue to turn chicken every minute or possibly so, till the chicken is a bronze color.
  • Lightly drizzle chicken, while cooking, with 1/2 Tablespoons melted butter.
  • Desired temperature internally for chicken is 165 degrees..
