Ingredients
- 1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 bouillon cubes
- 2 c. hot water
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add rice and onion.
- Cook until lightly browned in a frypan.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
- Add half the liquid; cover and cook on low heat.
- Add rest of the liquid, stirring occasionally.
- Takes about 45 minutes to cook.
