Brownie Marble Cheesecake Recipe - brownie mix

Method

• Preheat oven at 350.
• Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
• To prepare brownie mix, follow directions on box.
• Pour batter proportionately into prepared pan.
• Bake for 10 min.
• Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg whites.
• Pour over brownie layer.
• Spoon melted chocolate over cream cheese mix.
• Cut through chocolate mix and cheese mix several times to achieve a marble effect.
• Bake for 35 min or possibly till center is set.
