- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 12 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 milk chocolate almond bark
- 14 paraffin wax block (optional)
Method
- FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS:.
- Melt the butter and peanut butter in a medium saucepan.
- Stir constantly, until smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla and stir well.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
- Add more if needed.
- The balls should keep their shape, but be still soft.
- FOR THE CH0COLATE DIP:.
- Using a double boiler, melt all ingredients, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
- Shape the peanut butter into walnut sized balls.
- Set on wax paper.
- Dip one ball at a time in the chocolate, leaving about a quarter size spot uncovered.
- Set on another sheet of wax paper to set.
- Chill.
