Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 12 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 milk chocolate almond bark
  • 14 paraffin wax block (optional)

Method

  • FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS:.
  • Melt the butter and peanut butter in a medium saucepan.
  • Stir constantly, until smooth and creamy.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add vanilla and stir well.
  • Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
  • Add more if needed.
  • The balls should keep their shape, but be still soft.
  • FOR THE CH0COLATE DIP:.
  • Using a double boiler, melt all ingredients, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
  • Shape the peanut butter into walnut sized balls.
  • Set on wax paper.
  • Dip one ball at a time in the chocolate, leaving about a quarter size spot uncovered.
  • Set on another sheet of wax paper to set.
  • Chill.
