Ingredients
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. nuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Sprinkle paprika and little chili powder on wax paper.
- Roll until rolls are covered.
- Wrap in foil; store in refrigerator until firm.
- Slice.
- Makes 2 rolls.
