Ingredients

  • 3 lb red potatoes; quartered
  • 2 packages dried ranch seasoning
  • 2 tsp ground celery seed
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 vegetable oil; as needed

Method

  • Toss potatoes with enough oil to cover.
  • Season with dried spices and ranch seasoning.
  • Toss.
  • Roast at 400 for approximately 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are caramelized and fork tender.
  • Shake baking tray a few times during cooking to move around potatoes for more even caramelization.
  • Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add buffalo sauce.
  • Toss.
  • Add blue cheese.
  • Toss.
  • Garnish with a few crumbles.
