Ingredients

  • 1/2 butternut a medium size
  • 1/2 delicata squash a medium size
  • 1/4 onion peeled and cut
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 1/2 maple syrup or 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice RawSpiceBar
  • salt

Method

  • Peel and cut in 2 inches squares the butternut and delicata squash. Cut the onions and carrots.
  • Bring to a boil in 3 cups water.
  • Add spices, salt and pepper and maple syrup.
  • When the vegetables are cooked, puree them in a mixer and add the water they cooked in gradually to desired consistency.
