Ingredients
- 1/2 butternut a medium size
- 1/2 delicata squash a medium size
- 1/4 onion peeled and cut
- 2 carrots
- 1 1/2 maple syrup or 1/2 apple
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice RawSpiceBar
- salt
Method
- Peel and cut in 2 inches squares the butternut and delicata squash. Cut the onions and carrots.
- Bring to a boil in 3 cups water.
- Add spices, salt and pepper and maple syrup.
- When the vegetables are cooked, puree them in a mixer and add the water they cooked in gradually to desired consistency.
