Ingredients
- 7 1/2 ounces marshmallow cream jarred
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 1/2 ounces evaporated milk
- 12 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
Method
- Heavily butter a 9 inch square pan.
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the butter, sugar, marshmallow cream and evaporated milk.
- Heat stirring, constantly and bring to a rolling boil.
- Boil, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the butterscotch chips stirring to melt and incorporate.
- Mix in the pecans and vanilla extract.
- Cool until firm, about 2 hours.
- Cut into squares.
- Store in a loosely covered container.
