  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 whole Small Onion
  • 1 whole Small Green Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Or Turkey
  • 1 whole Large Egg
  • 1 jar (24 Oz. Jar) Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Breadcrumbs Or Crackers, I Used Panko


  • Mince garlic, onion, and green pepper then saute all in a pan with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Combine beef, egg, veggies, and half the spaghetti sauce in a bowl.
  • (I also added a little Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.)
  • Add breadcrumbs as needed to mold ingredients together.
  • You dont want the mixture to be too runny.
  • Place in a greased 9x9 baking dish and top with remaining sauce.
  • Bake on 350 degrees for about an hour and a half.
