Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 lb. Neese's hot sausage
- 3 medium or 2 large bell peppers
- 3 medium onions
- garlic or garlic powder
- 3 to 4 bay leaves
- 3 regular cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 small to medium head cabbage
Method
- Fry sausage; drain.
- Add chopped onions, peppers, bay leaves and garlic.
- Cook a few minutes.
- Add canned tomatoes (chopped) and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add cabbage.
- Remain cooking 40 more minutes!
