Ingredients
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 5-6 fresh anchovies or 1/4 to 1/2 tube of anchovy paste
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 coddled egg, yolk only
Method
- Blend garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, egg yolk, anchovies, and lemon in a mixer.
- Mix ingredients and slowly add in olive oil until it turns to a consistency of mayonnaise, then pour the rest of the oil in and mix. Do not overmix.
