Ingredients

  • boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • chicken seasoned salt
  • Cajun seasoning (add more of this than other seasonings)

Method

  • Thoroughly wash chicken breasts (save juice chicken was contained in).
  • Place chicken breasts in large skillet.
  • Do not add any type of oil, or grease.
  • Sprinkle seasonings as listed. Turn chicken when one side has browned; repeat seasoning process. Add liquid, reserved from chicken.
  • (Sprinkle with water.)
  • Reduce heat when both sides are browned.
  • Check for doneness.
