Ingredients
- boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- chicken seasoned salt
- Cajun seasoning (add more of this than other seasonings)
Method
- Thoroughly wash chicken breasts (save juice chicken was contained in).
- Place chicken breasts in large skillet.
- Do not add any type of oil, or grease.
- Sprinkle seasonings as listed. Turn chicken when one side has browned; repeat seasoning process. Add liquid, reserved from chicken.
- (Sprinkle with water.)
- Reduce heat when both sides are browned.
- Check for doneness.
