Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas, peeled and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut in pieces
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Use food processor; add butter and bananas and process for 20 seconds.
- Add remaining ingredients; process 10 seconds.
- Put in pan.
- Add nuts.
- Bake for about 55 to 60 minutes.
- Cool before removing from pan.
