Ingredients
- 2 lb. cut meat
- 2 big onions
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. Everglade seasoning
- potatoes to suit yourself, cut in pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 rutabaga
- flour or cornstarch to thicken
Method
- Fry meat.
- When almost done, put in the onions and scallions until the meat is done.
- Add the red pepper, potatoes, Everglade seasoning, salt, pepper and rutabaga.
- Bring to a boil, then add the butter.
- Cook until done and spice to suit yourself.
