Ingredients
- 4 qt. popcorn, popped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Spread the popcorn out on cookie sheets or cake pans.
- Melt margarine in saucepan.
- Mix in Karo syrup and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 2 minutes.
- Turn off heat.
- Mix in vanilla and baking soda.
- Stir well.
- Pour over popcorn.
- Mix well.
- Bake in preheated 250° oven for 35 minutes.
- Stir every 15 minutes.
