Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cashews (raw)
- 1 c. honey
- 2 1/4 c. wheat flour
- 3/4 c. hydrogen peroxide (regular type)
- 1/2 c. water or soy milk
- 1/4 c. carob powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Blend
- cashews
- with
- water
- until
- smooth.
- Add honey, carob and
- vanilla.
- In separate bowl, place dry ingredients. Add hydrogen
- peroxide
- to liquid and whiz briefly.
- Pour wet into dry ingredients.
- Stir only to mix well.
- Pour gently and quickly into oiled
- and floured pans.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until done.
- Cool and frost.
