Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2 c. white sauce
  • 1 c. grated American cheese or favorite cheese
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained

Method

  • Clean cauliflower, leave on some of the green to make it look pretty.
  • Steam in a shallow amount of water.
  • While steaming, make any white sauce to make 2 cups worth and add 1 cup grated cheese, then mushrooms.
  • Drain cauliflower and place on serving dish and pour sauce over top.
  • Makes 6 to 8 servings.
