Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 2 c. white sauce
- 1 c. grated American cheese or favorite cheese
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Method
- Clean cauliflower, leave on some of the green to make it look pretty.
- Steam in a shallow amount of water.
- While steaming, make any white sauce to make 2 cups worth and add 1 cup grated cheese, then mushrooms.
- Drain cauliflower and place on serving dish and pour sauce over top.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
