- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. Parkay margarine, melted
- 8 oz. 100 percent natural Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, milk and margarine.
- Mix well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°, 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
