Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar/Swiss cheese, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Break bread into 1-inch pieces.
- Place half of bread in buttered 3-quart casserole dish.
- Over this, spread in layers the mushrooms, olives and cheese.
- Spread remaining bread cubes over top.
