Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 doz. eggs, beaten
- 1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 lb. mild or hot sausage, browned and drained well
Method
- Mix all into beaten eggs.
- Mixture will be stiff.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
- Bake at 325° for
- 50 to 60 minutes.
- Let set for about 10 minutes; then cut into squares and serve.
- Serves 8.
