Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 oz. pkg. Ranch Dressing (original recipe)
- parsley (optional)
- 1/4 c. chopped and toasted pecans
Method
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
- Add sharp Cheddar, Ranch dressing and parsley.
- Mix all together and form into a ball.
- Roll in pecans.
- Serve with party crackers.
