Ingredients

  • 2 Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp)
  • 2 pkg. chunk Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • cut up fruits (for a side dish)

Method

  • Chop cheeses into small chunks.
  • Strain soup mix and use 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of just powder.
  • Put powder in with milk and mix.
  • Put cheese in fondue pot and pour mixture over top.
  • Cook until cheeses are melted (approximately 1/2 hour).
  • Cut up bread into squares and toast.
  • Dip bread into cheese and enjoy!
  • Use assorted fruits (grapes, oranges, apples, etc.) for side dish.
