Ingredients
- 2 Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp)
- 2 pkg. chunk Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 c. milk
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- cut up fruits (for a side dish)
Method
- Chop cheeses into small chunks.
- Strain soup mix and use 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of just powder.
- Put powder in with milk and mix.
- Put cheese in fondue pot and pour mixture over top.
- Cook until cheeses are melted (approximately 1/2 hour).
- Cut up bread into squares and toast.
- Dip bread into cheese and enjoy!
- Use assorted fruits (grapes, oranges, apples, etc.) for side dish.
