Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna fish
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 8 or 10 sweet pickles
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 1/2 small onion (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning salt
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickle vinegar
  • 1/2 c. favorite mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Method

  • Grind in food chopper: tuna fish, crabmeat, eggs, pickles, celery and onion.
  • Blend vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, Beau Monde seasoning, salt and cream cheese together.
  • Combine all ingredients and chill well.
  • Garnish with stuffed olives.
  • (One can salmon may also be added, if desired.)
