Ingredients
- 3 ribs celery, chopped very fine
- 3 carrots, chopped very fine
- 1 onion, chopped very fine
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 cans potato soup
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Method
- Saute vegetables in margarine.
- Add broth and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add potato soup and cheese.
- Just before serving, add sour cream.
- Serve in soup buns.
- Cut off top, scoop out inside.
