Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. Williams chili mix
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 bell pepper, diced fine
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 2 cans Snappy Tom
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 c. corn meal

Method

  • Put first five ingredients in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until meat and vegetables are cooked.
  • While meat mixture is cooking, put remaining ingredients in a large stew pot over low heat.
  • When meat mixture is done, add to tomato mixture and simmer over very low heat about 2 hours.
