Ingredients

  • 1 or 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 3 or 4 thick slices imported Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 loaf French bread

Method

  • Place chicken cutlets in bottom of casserole pan.
  • Put Swiss cheese over top of cutlets.
  • Combine cream of mushroom soup with mushrooms and pour on top of cheese cutlets.
  • Pour package of bread cubes from Stove Top over entire dish.
  • Sprinkle about 1/2 of Stove Top seasoning over dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with egg noodles (cook according to package) and fresh French bread.
