Ingredients
- 1 or 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms
- 3 or 4 thick slices imported Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 loaf French bread
Method
- Place chicken cutlets in bottom of casserole pan.
- Put Swiss cheese over top of cutlets.
- Combine cream of mushroom soup with mushrooms and pour on top of cheese cutlets.
- Pour package of bread cubes from Stove Top over entire dish.
- Sprinkle about 1/2 of Stove Top seasoning over dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with egg noodles (cook according to package) and fresh French bread.
