Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp. onion, dry minced
Method
- Mix everything together.
- Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 1 hour at 350° or until potatoes are done.
