Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. preshredded carrots
- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. preshredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Method
- Combine brown rice, carrots, egg yolks, flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
