Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. season-all salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Lightly grease 8 x 8 casserole dish.
- Combine rice, cheese, tuna, onion, parsley, and season-all salt.
- Stir in eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into casserole dish, and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set and slightly browned on top.
- Serve with tangy butter sauce.
