Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. season-all salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Method

  • Lightly grease 8 x 8 casserole dish.
  • Combine rice, cheese, tuna, onion, parsley, and season-all salt.
  • Stir in eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour into casserole dish, and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set and slightly browned on top.
  • Serve with tangy butter sauce.
