Ingredients

  • 2 whole Eggs White
  • 1-7/8 ounces, weight Almond Powder
  • 1 ounces, weight Sugar
  • 1 ounces, weight Flour
  • 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-1/3 pinches Milk
  • 10 whole Cherries

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (about 355°F).
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the almond powder, sugar and flour. Add the eggs white gently with a spatula. Add the milk and mix gently, just to combine.
  • Fill the financier cake pans (you can use muffins pans), stopping at 1 cm from the edge. Put down two cherries.
  • Cook 12 minutes at 180°C (about 355°F). A knife inserted into the financier must come out clean. Let cool before turning out.
