Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs White
- 1-7/8 ounces, weight Almond Powder
- 1 ounces, weight Sugar
- 1 ounces, weight Flour
- 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-1/3 pinches Milk
- 10 whole Cherries
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (about 355°F).
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the almond powder, sugar and flour. Add the eggs white gently with a spatula. Add the milk and mix gently, just to combine.
- Fill the financier cake pans (you can use muffins pans), stopping at 1 cm from the edge. Put down two cherries.
- Cook 12 minutes at 180°C (about 355°F). A knife inserted into the financier must come out clean. Let cool before turning out.
