Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix
- 1 c. milk
- 2 (21 oz.) cans cherry pie filling
Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine in bowl; mix well. Cream sugar and cream cheese in small mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
- Stir in mixture of topping mix and milk.
- Spread half the cracker crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Layer cream cheese mixture, pie filling and remaining cracker crumb mixture in prepared dish.
- Chill, covered, until serving time.
- Yield:
- 15 servings.
