Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope whipped topping mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 (21 oz.) cans cherry pie filling

Method

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine in bowl; mix well. Cream sugar and cream cheese in small mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in mixture of topping mix and milk.
  • Spread half the cracker crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer cream cheese mixture, pie filling and remaining cracker crumb mixture in prepared dish.
  • Chill, covered, until serving time.
  • Yield:
  • 15 servings.
