Ingredients
- 7 large white potatoes
- water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
- paprika
Method
- Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
- Parboil for 5 minutes in salted water to cover.
- Heat cream of chicken soup with milk.
- Add cheese and onion.
