Ingredients
- 1 large stewing chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 qt. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium chopped onion
- few celery leaves
- 2 c. fresh corn, off cob
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 c. homemade noodles
- 2 chopped hard-cooked eggs
Method
- Stew chicken with water, salt, pepper, onion and celery leaves.
- When
- done,
- remove
- meat from bones, cut into pieces and return
- to broth.
- Add corn, parsley and noodles.
- Boil 15 minutes all of ingredients.
- Add chopped, hard-cooked eggs.
