Ingredients
- 1 boiled fryer, deboned
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pone (hot water) cornbread
- 4 eggs, boiled
- 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- salt to taste
- chicken broth
Method
- Debone chicken, place in large baking dish.
- Add cornbread, eggs, onion, celery and seasonings.
- Pour chicken broth over mixture and mix well.
- Place boiled, sliced eggs on top.
- Bake at 375° until golden brown or until firm.
