Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. brandy
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken breasts well. Combine remaining ingredients, except sour cream, and pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and stir in sour cream and blend until gravy is smooth.
  • Return chicken to skillet and keep warm until ready to serve.
