Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. brandy
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Method
- Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken breasts well. Combine remaining ingredients, except sour cream, and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from skillet and stir in sour cream and blend until gravy is smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet and keep warm until ready to serve.
