Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. chicken livers
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 can tomato paste
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. spaghetti sauce

Method

  • Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper.
  • Brown chicken livers in butter.
  • Cut in small pieces.
  • Add together with next 6 ingredients.
  • Then add olive oil.
  • Cook spaghetti for 7 minutes. Drain and put layer of spaghetti, then layer of meat sauce, alternate after each addition, ending with sauce.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes in 300° oven.
