Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken
  • 2 bags broccoli cauliflower carrots medley
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 3 c. water or until your crock-pot is full
  • 2 c. uncooked egg noodles

Method

  • Cook chicken or boil until done.
  • Cool and pull meat from bones.
  • Place in crock-pot.
  • Add all other ingredients except for egg noodles.
  • Cook in crock-pot on high for approximately 8 to 10 hours.
  • Approximately 20 minutes before serving, add egg noodles. Cook until noodles are done.
