Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken
- 2 bags broccoli cauliflower carrots medley
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 3 c. water or until your crock-pot is full
- 2 c. uncooked egg noodles
Method
- Cook chicken or boil until done.
- Cool and pull meat from bones.
- Place in crock-pot.
- Add all other ingredients except for egg noodles.
- Cook in crock-pot on high for approximately 8 to 10 hours.
- Approximately 20 minutes before serving, add egg noodles. Cook until noodles are done.
