Ingredients
- Chicken legs or possibly thighs or possibly breasts
- Healthy pinch salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, broken apart
- 2 c. cooking wine
- 3-4 potatoes
Method
- Put chicken pcs in a shallow baking pan or possibly dish.
- Add in all ingredients and pour wine over top.
- Bake 350 1 hour or possibly till chicken is cooked.
