- 1 large chicken hen
- 3 boxes long spaghetti, unbroken
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- Velveeta cheese, grated
Method
- Cover chicken with water in large pot and cook until tender; remove from stock.
- Cook spaghetti, unbroken in stock, until almost done.
- Saute onions, celery and green pepper in butter; add this and tomatoes, soup, boned chicken pieces and soy sauce to spaghetti.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place all in large baking pan, generously cover with cheese.
- Bake just to melt cheese.
- Real good! Freezes well.
