Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken, skinless, boneless and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 23 cup low fat natural yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander

Method

  • Mix everything but the chicken in a large bowl,then add the chicken and marinade approx 2 hours.
  • Line a grill proof tray with foil,and spray lightly with oil.
  • Preheat the grill to medium.Grill the chicken for about 15-20 mins,turning and basting a couple of times.
