Ingredients

  • 1 lb. egg noodles
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's concentrated chicken broth
  • Lawry's seasoned salt

Method

  • In a 4 to 6-quart pot, fix noodles as per instructions on package.
  • Drain cooked noodles thoroughly and add chicken broth and cubed cheese.
  • Add 3 or 4 good shakes of the seasoned salt and stir the mixture to cover the cheese.
  • Don't sit the pot back on the hot burner as it will stick the noodles to the bottom of the pot.
  • Let set for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Stir slightly to assure that the noodles are covered with cheese.
  • Makes about 8 cups and will serve 8.
