Ingredients
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's concentrated chicken broth
- Lawry's seasoned salt
Method
- In a 4 to 6-quart pot, fix noodles as per instructions on package.
- Drain cooked noodles thoroughly and add chicken broth and cubed cheese.
- Add 3 or 4 good shakes of the seasoned salt and stir the mixture to cover the cheese.
- Don't sit the pot back on the hot burner as it will stick the noodles to the bottom of the pot.
- Let set for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Stir slightly to assure that the noodles are covered with cheese.
- Makes about 8 cups and will serve 8.
