Ingredients
- 6 c. yogurt
- 3 c. grated cucumber
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. dill
- 4 Tbsp. chives
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- garlic to taste
Method
- Place all ingredients in bowl, stirring and mixing well. Blend in blender at low speed until mixed well.
- Serve chilled. Serves 8.
