Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried shallots
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 12 cup sliced radish
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cabbage and radishes.
- Pour over vegetables and mix well.
- Refrigerate before serving.
