Ingredients
- 90 g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 13 cup caster sugar
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 12 cup self raising flour
- 34 cup plain flour
- 34 cup chocolate chips
- 12 cup chopped pecans or 12 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon milk
Method
- beat butter, essence and sugars in a small bowl until light and fluffy with an electric mixer.
- beat in egg.
- stir in sifted flours, choc chips, nuts and milk.
- drop level tsps of mixture onto lightly greased trays.
- press with a fork lightly.
- bake for 12 minutes.
- stand 5 minutes.
- turn onto rack to cool.
