Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Method
- Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in flour.
- Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add eggs.
- Beat until smooth.
- Drop by scant 1/4 cup onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Form into finger shapes.
- Bake until puffed and golden.
- Make pudding.
